Long before Exolios, there was Culinary Inc — a hospitality solutioning company founded in June 2011 on three uncompromising principles: precision, operational excellence, and people-first thinking. For nearly a decade, we built our craft serving hotels, restaurant groups, and hospitality operators across continents — learning what it really takes to engineer human-driven outcomes at scale.

Then 2020 happened. The pandemic redrew global business overnight. Enterprises across markets — suddenly forced to rethink everything from supply chains to talent pipelines — were searching for partners who could match world-class delivery with enterprise operating standards. Our leadership recognized the seismic shift others missed: the rise of the borderless enterprise, the explosion of AI in talent decisioning, and the unmet demand for distributed workforce partners who behave like extensions of headquarters, not vendors.

So we made a bold move. We rebranded as Exolios Global Services and reimagined the entire company from the ground up. Same precision DNA, completely new charter — IT staffing, Global Capability Centers, AI-powered workforce intelligence, Cloud & ERP delivery, and SOW-led engagements for the most demanding global enterprises.

Today, Exolios operates across 20+ countries, deploys 500+ professionals on active engagements, is backed by 100+ active sourcers, and clears $50M+ in annual revenue — all built on a foundational belief: great talent strategy is, fundamentally, an operational discipline.
